Stephen Miller is pushing a lie that the judiciary has no right to rule against Trump. This is Trump's idea that telling a lie often enough somehow makes it the truth. :LOL:
 
Political activist district judges have no authority to make foreign policy.

If they want to express an opinion about the Constitutionality of something that's one thing, but to attempt to dictate foreign policy from the bench is clearly an attempted abuse of their position and outside the scope of their authority.
Such an abuse should be ignored and Trump knows this.

The people didn't elect district judges to run the country, they elected Trump.

Get a sample of his farts and have a lab synthesize and mass produce the scent. I could sell 60 minute SCBA tanks and sell the refills for them to 4500 PSI (or for the discerning MAGAt, the costlier 5500 PSI bottles) with his signature fart smell, and attach those hoses that people on oxygen use with the two inserts that go into the nostrils, so his cultists won't have to go without breathing his delicious farts that taste of ambrosia to them

No, District Court Judges, and all judges on all Federal courts, are appointed as they have always been. That doesn't make them activists. Even judges appointed by Republicans are called activists when the rule against the Donald.

I'm waiting for trump to call the Supreme Court "activist unelected radical left lunatic" judges. It's gonna happen at some point I'm pretty certain. IDK, they may not rule against him much more, makes them look weak when he ignores them. They'll want to maintain the illusion that they have any relevance thinking that they can resume normalcy in a post-trump era. Wishful thinking at best, dangerous delusion more likely
