Discrimination is discrimination, failure to recognize this basic fundamental makes you a coward and a hypocrite, why don't you stand up to the woke agenda and denounce discrimination based on race/gender, because that is the very definition of racism/sexism.

You can use the word " include " but that also means others will have to be excluded and this is done based on race/gender, the only fair way is to decide based on merit/skill and use the people who are most qualified without allowing race/gender to be a factor.
