You're lying again paul, your activist judges don't have the authority to order partial payments from emergency funds, and partial payments just once is all 5 billion could even fund, democrats have to vote to end the shutdown, or bear the responsibility for people starving over Thanksgiving.

This shut down is on Republicans; all they have to do is not take healthcare away from millions of LEGAL American citizens...

Despite what you or your God trump says, that's all the Dems want, BUT the GOP needs to cut that healthcare for millions of Americans to pay for the BIG tax cuts to trump's billionaire buddies like he promised...

On a related note, Obamacare sucks shit through a straw, it's too dam expensive and makes rich insurance companies richer, medical profits have doubled since Obamacare.
What we need is cost controls on medical care, like Medicare gets and subsidized Emergency care so people can afford it, yet people pay a small payment, that way it's not wasted, medical care should be a public utility, yes workers earn wages, but nobody should get rich on sickness and human needs.
Also research should be towards curative treatment, not treating people to death and extracting maximum profits.
Obamacare solved none of this, it just gives tax money to wealthy insurance companies and medical is still hella expensive.

Activist judges are those who rule based on personal agendas rather than impartially based on the letter of the law, that's why they keep getting overturned at the SCOTUS, hope you learned something.

These are Federal judges. There are no activists. That's Trump speak for rulings that go against him. $5 billion could find SNAP for a couple weeks fully. And, these judges have ruled that Trump's withholding them is likely illegal. That is not ambiguous.

No undocumented migrants can get any of these benefits. These are more Trump lies. Everyone should be used to that by now as Trump lies more than anyone. I agree that there could be a better way than the ACA, but Republicans have only tried to tear it down. They have absolutely no plans to advance anything better.

Right. Undocumented immigrants cannot get any of these benefits. It is totally illegal. Trump has spent $20 billion bailing out Argentina, but he can't give a cent to fund SNAP? Again, you only claim judges are activist when Trump loses.
