Any court judge is equal to the executive branch. The remedy is the appellate process. Besides, Trump ignores SCOTUS rulings he disagrees with.
 





No, any court judge is not equal to the executive branch, these district court rulings are merely suggestions unless upheld by the SCOTUS.

That said blue States are ignoring the SCOTUS Bruen ruling, this must stop!

Well, you are consistent, I'll give you that, any time a judge rules against trump, he's a "political activist district judges exceeding their authority", BUT any time they rule in trump favor, they're a great judge following the constitution...

Trump is claiming that his new budget will save $1.3 trillion, while the OMB says it will cost $2.4 trillion. How can these two be true? They can't. The OMB assumes that existing laws will continue and laws expected to expire will do so. Trump has another idea, however. His policies will be upheld. I call this Trump's wishful thinking policy. The Washington Post fact checker found this to be ridiculous. :LOL:

We have a Strong POTUS who is protecting Americans " very strongly " and this will continue as Trump enforces our immigration laws, because as the Biden admin. made certain that we all understood..... NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW !

So protest all you wish, but don't destroy property, don't block the roadways without a proper permit to do so and don't be violent or Trump will spank dat azz...... " very strongly ", LOL.

District Judge Kathleen Williams may hold Florida District Attorney General James Uthmeier in contempt over Florida Senate Bill 4C, which penalizes illegal entry.

AG Uthmeier said he lacks the authority to instruct law enforcement to stand down on enforcing immigration law.

I hope this moron political activist district judge holds the Florida AG in contempt for doing his job, because the U.S. DOJ will arrest that moron political activist district judge who has already abused and exceeded her authority.

These political activist judges are going to get reined in for their abusive overreach.

Wrong rein in. Reign is the rule of a king. There is also rain. None mean the same thing. That Florida law is Unconstitutional. It tries to punish persons in addition to being undocumented for new crimes just for being in the state. You can't do that.

Blue States need to abide by the SCOTUS Bruen Ruling, otherwise we face balkanization on other issues and in the end become the 50 Americas, where someone crosses a State line and what was just legal is now illegal, that's already an issue with gun laws and that's wrong, because we have a Constitutional right.

Obama started this shit with saying States didn't have to obey federal marijuana laws, now I say let people eat, drink, smoke whatever the hell they want to.... FREEDOM ! However Obama eroded Federal authority, today that trend continues to grow, yet people face repercussions Federally for things that are legal in their home State.

A Federal Court judge ruled today that Trump can't fire personnel from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. That means his firing of 3 Democratically appointed members was illegal.
