Hey everybody. Brand new here. I placed an order with DL for a 125 mw green laser, and then saw all the good things posted about Optotronics, and cancelled my order with DL and bought a 150 mw laser with Opto for $100 less. I haven't seen it at night yet, but it is very powerful for burning. I'm wondering if you can buy an attachment for a green laser that you can put on a cheap red one that emits pictures or words. I would do a search, but I don't know what to type in. Thanks for any input.

what your looking for is some kind of diffraction grating...

hey welcome to the forum. Yes you are looking for printed difraction grating. Not sure where you can get them.. but i have a few left over from my old red keychain laser. you can have them for free if you pay for shipping!

Hi Adrian. I actually have some of those from my old 5 mW red laser. I didn't think of that, but thank you for the offer and the idea!
