I don't mean intrude, but incase this helps you, perhaps these are an ok option? They are on clearance at the moment, Quality AMC7135 350mA Regulated Circuit Board for DIY Flashlights (20-Piece / Set) - Worldwide Free Shipping - DX , down to $0.67/pc. I see they say 17mm diameter, so I'm not sure if that is exact, meaning it is too large for your needs. But $0.67/pc, for a board plus a AMC7135 chip, shipped, seems like a good deal to me.
