Thought I'd throw up some pics of my 1mW 532nm as these aren't very common?

Either way...enjoy :p

very nice pointer for presentations :) is it labelled as class II?

I have that holder, probably the same tripod too. Very nice for presentations and dark environments. They are expensive on DX (don't know why ), more expensive than 5mW.

:)

I've actually got a regulated atlasnova 1mW 532. Wasn't cheap either, and, really, *it ain't that dim*. Visually, I mean.

And.. for what you use? For presentations 5mW is good but 1mW.. in class are people with vision problems. :/ :D I believe that they won't see the dot.

A 5mW just bored me.. imagine a 1mW.. I only can imagine a place for them, the rubbish..

Not really. 1mW of 532 is still a lot more than 5mW of 650, and people have been using those as pointers for a very long time.

In fact my first laser pointer was a two-9v hand held 0.5mW HeNe. Worked fine. Wish I kept it...

@ Arayan - When it did have a sticker, yes it said <1mW Class II.

@ Leodahsan - DX Sku: 14150,1309?

@ Antoniio - Who said you have to have a use to own it :p

Because chinese laser labels are reliable...

I bet it's 3-15mW like all the rest of 'em.

And how do you know your 5mW greens are 5mW? Most of the 5mW greens I've measured are quite a bit over, ranging from 7 to 30mW.

It's just a laser and I thought I'd post some pics...

I guess everyone has a right to have their own opinion...

I have a 5mW green laser from Laserglow (anser) and when I tested it I found 3.7 sustained and 5.1 peak ;)
