Its about that time when a man must pass on un-completed projects to make room, and to get higher prioritized projects rolling.

A 445nm module, complete with Flexdrive V5 set to ~813mA IIRC, connections made with silicone wire, and collimated with an aiXis AR coated lens, all assembled within a custom manufactured aluminum heatsink. Heatsink has a "flattened" bottom for use in a labby.

I got that Argon shipped to central NE, from CA via Parcel post. Shipping was $40 for two boxes.

Assuming the box will be < 45 lbs, (it was shipped to me as 40 lbs), shipping should be no more than $48.

Meatball your state boarders California. Which isn't very far. My state however is on the completely on the other side of the us. We almost boarder the east coast ocean. I think it will be much more which is why I do not have a lovely argon. Nonetheless my zip is 18705.

Actually, the state of Nebraska is in the very middle of the US. Kearney, NE is actually exactly between Boston, and San Francisco.. to the mile!

Parcel post is cheap, just kind of slow. It took about two weeks before.

That price, Jeff, on the argon is a great one- I have almost the same and will keep it before I take less than 200$ plus shipping, so for 140$ you are getting Blue Argon and a hellava space heater for those cold winter nights. A controller that would allow you to turn it up can be made from a db25 and a pot. Or if you want the Cadilac get a 250 while you can from Meridith on eekbay-- ~100$ or less (make offer) with it you will know your output mWs , amps, and all.

also-- that PS known as the 'gold series' because of the color (all others afaik are black), is the most desireable one out there. It is 'switchable' meaning it will work from house current or high voltage. That PS used to go for ~$100.

The website tells me it would come to $18.48 since you are in "zone 1".

EDIT:

The 473nm unit is "accounted for" until payment is received.

Guess I should have grabbed one of those 473 units from ebay when I had a chance. The only ones left are being sold as broken.

Edit: Actually I guess those on eBay aren't exactly broken, at least not all of them.
