Making a diode into TTL/Analog?

If i were to buy this module:100mW industrial green laser module [OLGLM100] - $58.99 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products

and take off the stock driver board so its just the diode and add this:http://hacylon.case.edu/ebay/laser_diode/FlexMod01.php

would it make that laser now TTL/Analog for a laser scanner?

o like sells green modules with ttl and tec. elektrofreak did a review of it. and reccomends it
