Looking for 1w arctic laser!

I am new to the laser community, so cut me some slack I was wondering how I, a resident of The States could obtain a laser without it getting it confiscated. Remember I am a "n00b", so I may not know what the fuck I am talking about. What I do know is that there are some people who know how to get the shipment labeled as scrap metal for spare parts. I am looking to spend no more than $300, but I will bargain with you. If anyone is capable of providing a laser for me or just giving me some helpful information then I will greatly appreciate it.

Your best bet is to buy a 445nm through the forum. It will be cheaper, and better.
