That's totally exactly true. Visiting an ophthalmologist and/or emergency room is costly and can be avoided by always using goggles like Eagle Pair.

After I purchased Eagle Pair certfied laser safety glasses I felt safer, better and more comfortable when using class IV powerful laser pointers

I don't care. I'm just saying that OD4+ and vis transmission of 15% exclude one another.
