laser legal in Belgium

Does someone now that laser are legal or not in Belgium? Does it really helps to send the batteries separated?

je sais pas mais ne te fais pas livrer en express car tu passerais par la douane à coup sûr: tu paierais dans le meilleur des cas la TVA plus des frais de dossier de 15 ou 20€ (et en+ ça ne serait pas plus rapide)
moi j'ai déjà fait venir 2x des laser >1mW en France sans problèmes

I bought all those lasers in my signature from outside Belgium and they arrived without problems. The Sentorch was charged with extra 10euro tax/import/handling/whatever and I could take the laser right away. They must have know what was inside the shipping-envelop and they don't bother it.

In Sweden whe have "Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten", wich mean "The Radiation Secure Authority". I emailed them about my 1 000 mW-laser, and it was legal to have inside. But not to shine out or wear it.

I don't know what it is called in Belgium, but search and email them!
