Does anyone know where KD is based? DX has this ban on 3B lasers now, so KD it is. Also, how good is their customer service? I've heard it's terrible, but I would like some added insight. I will probably order the Romisen L-A030, which is the same as the one on DX.

You can always try ordering from KD if they don't have the message yet. Their customer service is bad in general, but it's no big deal if you're only ordering a $20 laser.
