Is this goggle good?

No you need atleast OD 2.5+ for 200mW red and 165mW green, no need to worry about 30mW of green though as long as your careful you will be fine.

Actually, for 200mW OD 1.6+ would suffice already.

200mW of red maybe, but not really for green :P ach well, aslong as you have some protection

OD calculation is the same for any given wavelength. Green isn't more dangerous than red. Goal is to choose your safety eyewear in a way that ensures a direct hit from your most powerful laser is attenuated to a safe level (5mW or lower).

Is this goggle good for me if im buying a true 30 and a DX200(this is for practise in the future i'll buy rpl 165)?

That's the company I work for and I wouldn't even buy those glasses. The VLT is only 2% for broadband OD 1.5. I have no clue why these were developed....probably the coolness factor. It always about the cool.

It's obvious you don't work at the marketing or sales department. ;)

I know it was a joke, but he does work in sales. He knows what other people like, doesn't mean he has to like it himself. =P
