Is it secure or a scam?

and there are 100 mW laser pointers for about 10 $ i believe it is a scam but i would like to double check in case it is not and it is a bargain you can buy

ITs a scam.. they are ebay lasers that very in mw the little one is 5-40 mw typically as are all the other ones in the green section can be bought from a half a dozen Chinese sources

and they typically cost more than ten bucks
