Idiots shine laser at a cop!!!






Wow, it looks like the cop flipped the guy off at the end!

There's really nothing anybody can do about the massive abundance of endless human stupidity. What's fun for someone else is torment for others. No relative understanding. :'(
 
Oh well, he's shining it at the ground, not at his eyes or something dangerous like that...

Entertain the cat you feed, entertain the police you pay tax for... he even follows it around like a cat ;)

I believe it would be a felony to shine a laser at anybody without their strict permission.

At least in a situation like this where you shine at the ground in front of someones feet... i can't seen how that is possibly a felony as it doesnt actually pose any danger. Aiming a class IIIb or worse at the eyes is something entirely different, but this cop isn't at more risk than the average pet cat ;)
