i bought one of their pen pointers, it worked for a while, but was underpowered and eventually died. go to rayfoss.com or o-like.com for better deals, and a tested laser. megalaseruk does have nice looking lasers, though. but i think rayfoss torch lasers are really nice as well, and have better heatsinking.

If you're in the UK then also try Odicforce.com. Helpful, honest and the lasers are tested outputs and cheaper than the one you mention.

He does a 250mW 532nm module IIRC. For these high powers, (and outputs that match advertising), you should really be spending proper money and going for the CNIs, and the like, of this world. Most handhelds are going to disappoint somewhat on actual optical output but the disappointment is larger the higher you go as you lose more mWs. I haven't bought a module higher than 100mW rated from Odicforce, (2nd one in the post), but I think it's a gamble wherever you go unless you spend serious cash with a serious supplier. Get a Laser Power Meter first. If you can't measure it, you can't send it back saying it's underpowered... (If you want to send any to me in the meantime to measure, then I can do that for you?)

hmm
This is the most powerful blue - Violet laser available. It's extreme power, 120mW
price: $289

cant say i like the look of em. if their "blue" lasers are anything to go by, they're overpriced and not even great power.
