How do you make this?

You just cut the end off an old USB cord and get the red and black wires, cut the green and white off. USB outputs 5.5v DC, that's all, and is a simple PSU too.

Since the Dilda is powered by 2pc CR2 3.0 Volt batteries at a minimum...
the output of the Dilda will be lower since the input voltage is a bit
lower.. It has already been proven that the output of a Dilda can be
increase by quite a bit just by using CR2 3.6Volt batteries..

IRC my usb was outputting like 4.5v.....
whats the max operating voltage for the flex drive?
usb + flex drive might work good.

Max is 5.5V (apparently there's still a small safety margin included in that number).
