Hello everybody! The name’s Jordan and I joined this forum because I was reading many posts for the past month and noticed the whole forum is full of active and helpful members who have an incredible well of knowledge.

I own one 150mW green laser pointer and cherish it dearly

This forum is amazing! I’ve been reading up and learning pretty much everything I need to know about building a laser diode driver so I can start to make some lasers haha.

My electrical knowledge isn’t where I’d like it to be but thanks to this site and its members I’m taking notes and getting there :bowdown:

I may not appear very active for awhile but that's because I'm reading up as much as possible to try and avoid asking noob questions !
Looking forward to reading on and learning more!

going to start out with just 5 mW then work my way up.
(I don't want to noob-style damage the more expensive ones XD )

And thanks Jerry it's good to know who not to buy lasers from I hate being jerked around when I order something.

And I made sure to order some protective glasses before I even order specific laser diodes haha
