Looks like I'll be free for at least another month. Case has been pushed back till the 23rd. And no it isn't a laser related charge. Thanks for the support guys. If any of you take a trip to san Francisco, make sure to leave your guns at home.

I usually tell people to carry a big knife (like my voyager X2), but not in San Francisco.The more distance the better there. There are signs all over the place, like at bus stops, that post statistics like "1 out of 3 SF men have...". I think pepper spray is illegal there as well.
 
I believe it is legal to die though....
just another way the man sticks it to you...:whistle:

Pretty soon it will be illegal to call out "HELP" while being attacked...
in case someone has sensitive ears....

Police found a gun on me. So I am charged with possesion of a firearm. Brand new, never fired. SF DA insists on a 90 jail time sentence so hopefully my lawyer will get me home arrest so I can still work.
