Just for future reference how much would a good bluray laser cost me? One that is a good burner. I was thinking of 110-150mW.

Depends. can run from 90 - 250.

You could do this with a PHR module, driver and a battery for ~$45.  Or you could get a 6X in a custom anodized Kryton Groove for $275.  You are going to have to be more specific about what you mean by "laser."
