FS: PHR Diode

I took this out of my pocket pal build as it appears to be damaged, it was being driven at 100mA and it randomly decided to give out a strange dot, see attached, but it does still work and gives out an educated guess of 20mW with an incredibly tight 1mm beam.

I will sell for £8 shipped to UK/US.

This one might be hard to sell because a new PHR would go for around the same price..

That is what my PHR diode looked like right before it died. I believe your diode may be on a similar path.

Sorry, but I think new phr's are like $17 in an aixiz module and all...

The diode is a fighter, its been like that for months and hasn't died.

Look at the picture, the brightest dot is the only part of the beam you can see which is around about 1mm.
