It is from en ebay seller and i do not know if it is cni or diy but i think it is CNI!It is VERY good focused the dot at the apatur is only 1.5mm in diameter and at 10m it is only 3mm

If the dot is round then that ain't a PHR-803T diode.

This would be a great laser for anyone keen on the colour and fluorescing effects but worried about high powered lasers
