Good point me_too_lazy...

I think they think that, in general, this method of not laying out the price may get them more profit or give them a chance to pitch a sale but really I think they lose more business this way because people that get the shits from this (like me) will not even bother with them even though the price could be reasonable or even good.

Well, you just advertised a green laser that fits into the unfiltered scam category as far as I'm concerned, so you will have to EARN your trust with this blue - there's no reason anyone in their right mind would just give it to you. Is there any chance of sending out a sample unit, that would be promptly returned, for testing so that the results could be posted on this and other forums?

Sunny, if you have such good products, why not let them stand for themselves? :-/ Send a demo unit to someone on the forum who has a LPM, and if it's a quality product for a fair price people will order it.
Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Is there any chance of sending out a sample unit, that would be promptly returned, for testing so that the results could be posted on this and other forums?

Been there, done that, told her boss that they would be hard pressed to gain any business here without a sample being tested, and was politely declined. As far as my advice to the forum goes - this laser, and the rest of their fare are off limits - it falls into the category of "do not buy" since their failure of trust has set off alarm bells in my mind....AND as empty as MY head is - those bells should be able to be heard by ALL ! LOL !!!

Seriously, they decided against sending a sample, so they can sit and wait for what will never come to them - and that is business from any member of this forum.

I can see how small companies might be hesitant to send out samples, but I have to agree here. Something doesn't seem right. Until I have a chance to see the products validated, they won't be getting my business, either.

The company that Sunny represents is called Boblasers. She is working towards being able to provide a sample (that will be returned upon completion of hte review) to review - as a small company, I can agree that it is unsettling to have a group of people decline to investigate your products without providing a few hundreds of dollars worth of risk first - but, since there are SO many companies out there now - and ALL of them looking to make a buck, they are forced to deal with our rules, as a community if they wish to deal with us - simple as that. With that being said - I will sit back and wait to see what she/Boblasers comes up with - I have already informed here that all they would be out would be shipping costs - so it is a negligible risk on their part - I have WAY too many friends on here, and a decent reputation at stake to rip ANYONE off - and as adamant as I am about fairness in trade, etc - then I certainly hope that my word of honor would suffice in this transaction - I DO ask that all of you kinda hold tight until one of two things happen -

1.) They send a laser for review

2.) The refuse to send a laser for review

Those are really the only two options available to them at this point, so we all just gotta sit back and see what happens. Anything beyond that at this point is wasted energy - and totally pointless.
