Flexmod P3 TO-220 ID?

Ok, I have to just suck it up and admit it if I want to save my Flexmod. I... Uhhh, fried the TO-220 part trying to be really slick with the laser I'm building. At least I hope that is all I screwed up.
My question is what is the TO-220 part so I can order a new one. I'm thinking this will be a bit less expensive than ordering a new Flexmod P3.

Thank you rhd. At about a $1.40 each I went ahead and ordered 3 of them from DigiKey. (gives me some room to screw it up again

I just wanted to provide an update to this thread for anyone that may find themselves in this predicament.
I received the parts that I had ordered from DigiKey (see above), and soldered in one of them. Total and complete success! Thanks for the info rhd. +rep'd!
