cr 123 battery

I've bought some rechargeable Lithium Lon battery's (Conrad , Voltcraft)
They are sold like 3.7 volt battery but at the battery there is marked 3.0 volts?
I want the strongest battery for my 150 mW O-like module and DIY Jayrob
Is my rechargeable cr123 good and are there any differents into this kind off battery's?

Their should be two kinds rcr123 cells.
3.0v rcr123 would charge to about 3.4v
Then their is the 3.7v cell that should have a max charge of 4.2v
If you have the old style, O-Like green. the one that does not look like the tapered 200mW DX style module. You should be able to feed it a max of 4.7v
