[/highlight]I have found a source for these, and I can get them for a good price. These are the diodes that have got up to 384mW at 280mW.

I'm offering them for $68 shipped anywhere. I am looking to get 10 orders before I buy them, or the price would be higher for all.

Also, if I put an order in, I can get PHR803t Sleds for like $10, so if you want to buy a 6x sled, then you can buy a number of 803ts as well.

it will be 65.00 shipped any where and the sled is damaged but the diode is good i would like to do a feeler first so we can get at least 10-15 orders/sleds
