I am currently building an RGB Laser Projector. I almost have evrything I need. My Dichros will be here in a few days. I need some advice on a good Base. I want a nice solid base that will not warp, I don't want to be constantly adjusting the optics once I have everthing set.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you :)

Thank for the suggestion. I was thinking aluminum but was wonder about keeping the laser modules electrically isolated.

This thread should be in the Laser Shows section..

Most commercial modules will already have an isolated case, so it shouldn't really be too much of an issue unless you're using a pointer module for green.. also some cheap green labbies might not be isolated, but as long as you are using a TEC-stabilized module for green you should be all good..

Red and blue diode modules are typically case negative, so grounding the case won't cause issues.
