These are from the A-130 kasio pj.
Great diode for lower power(smaller host) and at a price that will not break your bank or your heart when you kill it. ( a common thing when learning to DIY) These are great for lower powers and thus smaller hosts.

Until the end on March buy 4 for 80$ plus 2$ to ship CONUS and 4% for PP fees.
Buy 3 pay 23$ each
Buy 2 pay 25$ each
Buy 1 pay 28$ each.

All were tested(briefly) while still in the heatsink array- NO RETURNS!

PM for my Poop pal addy-
buy now get free extra laser mini module.

ALL of the information about 445nm diodes that was published BEFORE the M and H series projectors were introduced were about these diodes.

Peace,

1.8A is the max, but some will die beyond 1.6A
1.4A is considered safe.

How many in stock if you don't mind me asking. Hope they last till I get one or 2. Got some copper modules from the GB these could go in.

I will be happy to put two back for you-
I have a full array(24)
they were removed by snip n'clip
ESD wrist band- rubber gloves
I used a solder sucker to clean the pins and then removed the pink plastic.
most pins are perfectly straight- if you break them trying to get them even straighter -
not my problem-:tsk:

they do not need to look like unused new diodes- nobody sees inside your laser.

all the usual advice- get the right pinout- esd- dont overheat ..there is a thread with all the fv and mA info - I would run them gently at less than 1A.
Dorcy Jr- mxcl- any small host- lots of drivers to choose from - as low as $4.
Moh has sweet JAD hosts with his MGasm driver set to your specs-($40) press diode & solder your module slips right in. ezy ceeezy. Use a 10$ AixiZ glass 400-450 lens- and get one of moh's or mrcouse's ez focus knobs

BAM! You be lazerin' ~ $75 ..

Thanks to the guys who posted help here - urgent bills to pay- so the project i had these for will wait til another PJ happens along-:undecided:

First 10 to buy get a 1mW 650 or 405 mini module(3vdc) FREE!!
Great father/son project modules- make a working laser in 45 min.

22 left..

PM coming-- how many ?

"Also what is the max current for these diodes ? .. Didn't find much info on these"

you did not look correctly- there lots of charts with a bunch of info- search in 445 section=its there

********here you go-
the OP has data on 25 of these
also see the link in Dave's post #2

Free bump for you and a "I'll think really hard about it". Maybe if I sell some plasma lol.

Ohh ... didn't see that list :) My bad ...

I need about 3 - 4 diodes. To make lower power 445nm for clients.

Please send me a pm with shipping prices too :)

thanks ,
Eitan.

Okay Eitan.

Can't be too much- small and light- do you have postal codes there-- are you wanting to use paypal?

do you need any AixiZ 400-450 glass lenses? I have 6 or so in stock at $10usd each.
wont raise the shipping cost.

I will stop in at the post office Friday and ask-- cool to have your stuff used so far away..
go ahead and PM me your mailing address- I am quite busy lately so if you don't hear back in a few poke me again.

I'll Take 1 if you still have them. How do I pay for them? And do I need to put them in a copper module or will the normal (Brass?) ones work?

PMing you my PPal addy- $28 +$2 +$1.20+$31.20

NEVER power a bare diode-
your choice copper or the plated brass- both sold here & at aixiz_laser ebay-
dtr- mohenberg et al
even in these modules they are NOT yet 'heatsinked'
more than a very VERY short test and its fried.
there is a techique to pressing them-
special tools make this easier but there are other ways-
do a search
ESD and ESP are not the same thing.
driver is a must
if you need to set the driver current(mA) you MUST use a dummy (test) load
short ALL caps..
TAKE YOUR TIME!!!
press a free diode before a 30$ one(from most any sled IRs)
no removal tool is needed unless you plan to use the diode again.

this is NOT all you need to know-

Checked for you- it costs ~$7usd more to ship these to you- so I would need 9$usd for shipping plus 4% of total for PooP Pal fees(I assume that is how you intend to pay me)

shipping stays the same no matter how many you want.

your move--

hak
