Yea, this was the second try. In the first attempt, 3 of the balloons got away and I thought it would look dumb to run down the hallway and push them back. The second time I glued the suckers to the floor, but the glue hadn't quite dried on that last one! ;)

Use tape.

Glue sounds like it might damage your floor.

You acually glued balloons to your floor?! You could use books to keep them in place.
