I returned my crappy DX True 30mW green - it was blinking like crazy and was weak. My brother returned his back to DX as well with the same issue! They probably make them even cheaper than they did before resulting in a truly crappy product.
I was lucky to get my laser shipped because DX put the ban in after the status went to "shipped." Unfortunately the laser was broken! I ended up getting a refund because they wouldn't let me get another one.
Thanks to google product search, I came across www.bestofferbuy.com
These guys sell about the same lasers- mine didn't come with the gift box, but in a different cardboard box with poorly translated text. Best of all, they ship to the USA without a problem. I have my true 30mW green, it isn't bad at all. I wish I had the equipment to measure it, but it puts out pretty well. Divergence isn't too bad either. The only issue is that mine will dim down after two seconds of use. After playing with it for a good five minuets, it may go back to full brightness. A little more pricey than DX ($25 for true 30mW green), but worth it- especially when the shipping is free.
*Be aware of their crappy return policy! They offer returns but they will take 20% of the full price if the item if free shipping and make you pay for the shipping on top of that.
