Anyone used this seller for 445 before?

I found this on ebay when I was browsing around.
It seems a little on the cheap side for 445 and not a lot of info on it.

Supposedly salvaged from a projector?
Let me know what you think or if you'd gotten one from him before.

I might try it out when I come across some money (few months from now, maybe)

It is the A140 diode, the weaker version of the M140. The price seems right but I would go for a M140 diode from DTR. He is very reliable and fast shipper.

Well to be fair, Russia is closer to america than china

btw 'america' is not a country-
people from Canada and Mexico and lots of other places are Americans.

That was quickly pointed out to me during my first trip to Mexico -- when asked where I was from my reply was 'America' and they said 'so are we'.

so really its kinda presumptious for us in the USA to act like we own that name--

No big deal but I must say I pissed when I hear somebody say that those from other countries need to learn to speak 'American' duh!? talk about ignorant...
