Any one have a cheap 3-4 watt 808 diode??

I need a 3-4 watt ir diode to make so experiment:)i want to pay less than 100 120 $..thanks!!!
 





Does it need to be 808nm (like for DPSS etc), or just IR ?
 
yes it s for dpss so i need only 808..i have googles:):na:
the size is as small as possible..to3,c-mount ecc...i don t know which one is better to focus in a smaller dot possible.thanks
