Of all the stupid things...
1) I hope you're wearing protective SWIMMING GOGGLES for that laser over 5mW
2) UNDERWATER? Why don't you just play with it in a hall of mirrors you jack@$$.
3) Even disregarding the first two, at LEAST do it at night when the effect can be appreciated, not this weak day-time video.
