6W+ Typically Rated Blue Lasers Diodes

Just want to have a small-medium collection of blue diode diodes that are rated around 6W+. Feel free to add to the list but remember the minimum requirements 6W+ rated, 430-490nm, voltage, current, all of these should be typical range in datasheet. Multi mode, single, dual, or triple emitter laser diodes are fine but no arrays.

I want to point out the Sharp GH04C07W9GH (7W @ 435nm @ 3.8V @ 3.3A) according to the preliminary datasheet specs this diode can have a slope efficiency of 2.41W/A (the NUBM0F only has 2.03W/A) so this new Sharp diode could well be a 12W diode at 5-5.5A
