What are the specs on these diodes, as far as output power.

I don't see the 4X in there. It is good for about 150mA

We are still learning about the 8X and 12X (although there is some info in the link)

what speed is PHR? 4x or 2x or what?

It is a reader diode... But it may be the equivalent of a 2x when we turn up the current...

phr was an HD-DVD diode, not a blu-ray diode.
