Today I received a bin'd <488nm Sharp (HUGE thanks to ZRaffleticket and Paul for lining this up). I gotta say, I'm very happy with the entire process of getting something this specific, scientifically measured, all by a couple gentlemen who did nothing but offer extras and kind words the whole time. That's not the reason for this post, so I'll take my shout-outs to another thread and get to the pics
I immediately wanted to see this new diode next to my 490nm. Who wouldn't!? Well, if you are reading this - likely you DO - so I tried to take some simple shots and then some more 'fancy' ones. I'll let them do the rest of the talking. There's over 100 photos in the 488 album on Flickr - I grabbed just a handful.

This one is from the side, maybe I just want to be confusing???
