It seems that people like watching YouTube videos of lasers vs. long chains of balloons, so I decided to give it a try with my new CO2 laser from jeffreythe00. :D

Haha, good one. Now try it with a basketball or bowling ball :D

Very nice, lol. I kind of expected them to all pop so fast you couldn't hear the individual pops, but thinking about it now CO2 units without lenses have horrid divergence.

I really need to get me one of these. Maybe with my tax return, hehe.

^ Haven't tried yet. :D

After taking this video, I realized that I forgot to put my beamstop at the end of the balloon chain. Now there is a hole in the garage door. :(

Lol, did that with my Rifle (Lazerer) when I first got it (I forgot to upgrade my beamstop from black abs plastic) and burnt a hole in my closet door.

Have you tried cutting glass with it yet?

Nice, but sooner or later I'm afraid that the balloons will take revenge :D

If you took the CO2 laser from Jeffreythe00, then you have also "my" PSU :)

Wow that's too funny that it burned a hole through the door (sorry) How bad is it? Cool Video though.

Wow!, I love your channel on youtube, been watching those videos for a while.

I agree, make a video of a basketball :)

p.s. Whats that hole look like in your garage door?

I'm surprised it took so long... at 40W my expectation was for near instant destruction of the baloons:D

Btw, my ceiling, computer case, two tables, and a couch all suffered from laser inflicted burns:o

yes but CO2 laser diverge terribly :)

I was thinking the same thing.. just one blast that pops all of them faster that the camera can see :)

I'd love to use that laser here.:eg:

Do you have the optics to fix the divergence?

Lase
