where can i get a good 1w or 1.5w laser ?
and not too dear, under $250 :yh:
good for burning :drool: (visible daytime) i dont need visible daytime but would be nice :yh:
any nm, but has to be visible :yh:

help will be much appreciated, and i will give rep too all who help out :D
 





A couple of things:

What do you need it for? No one on this forum is going to sell you one without knowing your intentions.

Do you have safety goggles?

A 1W green (532) laser will cost a few hundred plus. Purple (405) lasers don't go that high (except one I've seen by a builder on here). 445 Blue or 635 red are your best options. So what's your choice?

Answer these questions then check out the buy, sell, trade section of the forum for the best quality and lowest prices.

no i want to buy glasses iswell,
yes i would be looking for 635 , 445 or 473
and mainly want it for pointing and burning

The high power 635's have horrible beam specs. 473's cost even more than 532nm does.

Also.. 'Pointing' and 'burning' are kind of mutually exclusive. You don't want to be pointing 1W+ lasers at anything you want to keep.. and DEFINITELY not people/pets/cars/aircraft/etc.
 
yes lazerer is a very reputable website, if you have any questions go to contact us on their website and max (the owner of lazerer) will contact you within a day or less.

Maxsomething. I don't remember exactly what, I'd have to dig up one of the few threads he's posted in to look.. But he's not exactly a 'regular' here. You'll get faster communication via official channels.
