Ok so I'm currently downloading portal on steam and noticed the dl speed is 1 mb/s !!!!!! I quickly checked the config page of my rooter and noticed the Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps) was 16088 kbps and Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 993

Obviously, isp made updates on customers whose speed is 8mbit. I love thems, cos for the same price we has double the speed :D:D :beer:
<3 greek ISP's lol. Greece sucks in economy and in other things like political scandals but I can't moan about my internets :D

The speed in my apartment on campus is teh suck though, but it's nice in my office to make up for it.

Weird, wild stuff there. I'll try the test again sometime when I'm here late at night, as well.

Supposedly we have 100mb.....huh...I'm on wireless right now, when I took that test, I had like 30 tabs open, I'll try now.

wtf...it changed >.<
 
^My up is still bigger than yours...but that down is quite a number. I assume you're on 802.11n wireless? Since that number is impossible for b or g.
