SPYRO ! GEESH ! Threads like this one is why I do not recommend this forum out to people anymore :( It used to be explicative free...sigh...carry on, don't let anyone get in the way of your free speech I suppose.
 
Not iwth my current budget ! I may be selling off some of my handheld lasers shortly - need some money for a big purchase, and that is the only way I can sneak it past the wifey ! LOL !!

Yeah settle down Spyro, gawsh....

One thing about the diode though, it is MOST LIKELY mutlimode, when means the beam specs wont be as good as a regular diode. But i guess at 1/2W it wouldnt matter to much ;D
