    WaterProffing and RPL?

Uh, solution here's a tad radical but i heard a non lubricated condom works fine in waterproofing cellphones. Might work with a RPL, they're after all of similar dimension and shape.

    Laser Magic Show

The laser hops back down, out of his hand. He rushes his hand down to cover up the mistake.

    Red laser goggles?

The immense power of my Dilda has kind of scared me into investing in a pair of red laser goggles. From what i gathered, Dragon Lasers is probably a decent choice. But they do have 2 models, slightly different ranges 590 nm to 650 nm or 600 nm to 700 nm Also i'm considering these CLICKY...

Replace module or get a new one?

Replace module or get an entirely new laser? Hey guys, would appreciate opinions on what i should do. I have a disused DX pen laser body, module's unfortunately gone due to a mishap. So i'm wondering which would be more value-for-money: 1. Getting a replacement module of a higher power (Who...

DealExtreme 200mW "Dilda" Version 2/New Head review.

Pointing out the negatives. They're like the odd mosquito. Annoying but not reason enough to call off the camping trip ;) They don't bug me enough to warrant a "money not well spent" label.

    Is this a malfunction?

Terribly sorry for hijacking this thread but mindnever, if you don't mind revealing the information, how much did you pay for shipping?

DealExtreme 200mW "Dilda" Version 2/New Head review.

SHIPPING Ordered on the 19th July 2009. Received it on the 27th of AUGUST. I'm not too happy about that but when you've got free shipping there really isn't much you can do, nor can you really complain. PACKAGING The box it came is is really flimsy. I mean, a bag of sugar would crush it. Its...

    Power supply question.

So the positive lead doesn't even touch the driver then? And how would one make the module case positive? Thanks for your explanation, really cleared it up. And sorry for the truckload of questions :(
  19. M

    Power supply question.

What do you mean by "Show setting"? And how do those pen-lasers like those from DX have a complete circuit? AFAIK the negative pole of the batteries go to the spring, and the positive to the battery case, but how is the battery case connected to the positive pole on the driver?
  20. M

    Power supply question.

Hey guys, I've been looking through some websites lately, selling laser drivers. They labeled a part "Power +" and then another "TTL +", same with the negative poles, although they're mostly on the same square. Question: If i were to connect a battery holder with positive and negative leads...
