Its really difficult to say without seeing the host internally and without having some measurements of the heruursciences assembly . Maybe Susie can sell a few of the empty host and we can find out :-) Terry

Thanks Yes it is a standard glass lens . Tonight I am going to try some different lenses to try and focus the beam better. Sorry about the confusion of the avatar guys Terry :-)

Thanks ! I plan on improving the optics in the near future to try to do that .However right now they are sort of crude and are just the basic AixiZ type optics which do not work well with the c-mount diode . So as of right now it is just a burner but a very good one. My phone case is “pleather”...

Hi no I am sorry I do not have any way to measure it yet . I hope to get a meter soon but 1.8volts x 1.2amps = 2.16 watts . I realize that is not the same thing but ballpark figure is 1 +watts . The diode itself is a unknown it was one of twenty I bought from heruursciences. Terry
