I may be wrong but if laser diodes emit white light as their LED counterparts do, they emit a good share of blue light so you should get a pair of glasses which protect you from the blue range of light and upwards. Really good glasses protect more than just one wavelength of light.

Thanks for your idea but ideally I was looking to just get one laser instead of splitting the budget among different ones (though I can understand it's difficult to choose), so that I can have the maximum power for the price. Also I don't know if mW-wise it's cheaper a blue, red or green laser...

I did but most of the info is outdated hence the market prices may have dropped, not trying to be lazy just avoiding to get scammed and ending up buying multiple lasers from not-so-honest sellers.
