All that needs done is to be reglued together correct? If so, I don't know if I can handle such precise work... where can I send it for repairs if possible? I bought my laser from Rayfoss some time ago and have never had issues until is stopped working and started to rattle. The lens???.... came...

Mine came with a heatsink....but not the other ring that is used to put the tailcap together...I'll have to make one or have one made. I'm still debating on what to do...there are so many options! Does anyone know where to get a good 100mW or so blue 445nm module/driver for a decent price?

Hmmmmmm.....not fun till 500mW huh? Well that kinda blows a hole in my plan. How powerful of a blue laser do you need for it to be easily seen in a dim room (Not pitch black)?
