Might just return it for a refund

So I had been charging my batteries for a few hours and the green lights appeared to show the batteries are charged, tried to light a match with the beam focused for about 20 seconds and nothing, not even smoke, nor a mark left on the match. It won't even have an affect on Electrical PVC tape...

Charger arrived, now charging :)

Unfocused beam

The batteries only have the 'factory charge' in them as I don't have my charger yet, I did focus the beam to burn the matches but only done 5 before it stopped (assuming it lost power). And my matches were red tipped.

I can actually see 2 beams aswell, at both ends of focus
