ok. how overspecced have you found them to be? i read that red pointers are less likely to be overspecced. yea can't disagree on that one but at the rate high-end lasers are getting into america i wouldn't believe that anything over 5mW are illegal if i hadn't found out for myself earlier.

nah my country allows <5mW and yet but when they're from the same country or location that seems a little strange. i thought buyers always pay for postal fees

gee someone sure is making a loss unknowingly lol yeah there are no restrictions but what i worry about is if they somehow decide to open the package up and find an over 5mW laser and i'll be in hot soup and getting jail time for this, not to mention being treated as guilty before being proven...

ok. how is this seller overspeccing his lasers anw is he not sure about the true output or is he sticking 5mW indication stickers on them? i see that he does not ship to some countries that allow 5mW. do you know if other sellers also sell overspecced 5mW like this one?
