I have to return a laser to O-Like, so i did a shipping rate quote on UPS website and it came to over $100 dollars! This is a bit over my budget lol. So what the best (cheapest) way to ship there?

Hey I know it's been a few days, but I've decided to get try and get a replacement from O-like. A few days ago i sent an email explaining my situation but i haven't gotten a reply. From what I've heard their customer support should be pretty good, but so far this is not what i'm getting.... :yabbem:

Does the fact that the laser is momentarily bright(er) when I first press the button then it gets get dull mean anything?

The part that confuses me is that i never left it on long enough to get warm...:undecided:

probably not because I used them after i woke up, at which time the charge was done. Im not sure exactly what time the battery actually stopped charging.

I used it for a total of about 10 minutes, not ten minutes continuously. The laser lost power yesterday afternoon so I left it alone overnight and let the battery charge. This morning it is still dull.
