Canada only allows lasers under 5mW, but If Lazerer marks the description on the package as "flashlight" or "electronic part", It should get through customs no problem.

Haha! It's possible to crack open, but not worth replacing the led & battery and closing It back up (gluing It shut)

I tried looking at mine and seeing If I could open them up, but I don't think It's possible to open them up.

Nevermind. I actually got some. (Only a few worked for a minute. now they're all dead lol)
