what part were you haveing the most heat with the diode or the driver? what would be some simple things i could do for heat dissipation... could i take some copper wire and thermal paste it to the driver? it just seems like such a big heat sink for the diode to be getting hot so fast...

wow 450 nm diode are expensive

no cant take it apart to solder the circuit board back... and if i can get in there to adjust the focus when it was working the dot was very large from when i first had it

so for some reason my laser went out of focus and i of course i started messing around and i broke it... the laser seems press fitted..so i can't seem to take it apart... any ideas??
